Ethereum Classic volunteer and active participant in the community, @asis_slm, did yet another great job coordinating the Chinese translation and updating the design of the Ethereum Classic Declaration of Independence of July 20th, 2016. The actual translation into Chinese was done by ETC Chinese community member and manager, @realroyzou. The revision of this version was done by @drawpie who is an active ETC community member based in Taiwan.
