Ethereum Classic (ETC) volunteer and active participant in the community, @asis_slm, did a fantastic job updating the design and translating into German and Russian, the Ethereum Classic Declaration of Independence of July 20th, 2016. An additional Italian translation was kindly made by another member of the community, @Feqifei on Discord.
